In addition to the above powers, Greater Manchester has access
to a number of additional budgets and funds such as a Local
Growth Fund, the Life Chances Investment Fund, the Greater
Manchester Housing Investment Fund (worth £300 million), the
Work and Health Programme budget, the apprenticeship grant for
employers, and the adult education budget for the area.
